    GloCoins are points that are allocated to GlobalLogic employees for their exceptional work. These coins reflect on the employee profiles on GLO and GlobalLogic Brand Store.


    Note: A one time sign-in on the GlobalLogic Brand Store is essential to create your profile. Without doing so, GloCoins can’t be added there.


    1. How to sign-in to the GlobalLogic Brand Store?

    You can sign-in using your official GlobalLogic e-mail id along with DUO app sign-in.


    *Make sure to complete your profile information after signing-in to your account.


    1. How does signing-in to GlobalLogic Brand Store helps?

    Signing-in to GlobalLogic Brand Store auto creates your profile on the platform and helps us in adding GloCoins to your profile. It’s an essential one-time activity without which we can’t add GloCoins to your profile.


    1. What is the INR value of each GloCoin?

    Each GloCoin is equivalent to INR 20.


    1. How can I purchase goodies from the GlobalLogic Brand Store?

    It’s as simple as purchasing anything from an online shopping portal by using GloCoins or INR.


    1. What if I want to purchase something from the GlobalLogic Brand Store, but fall short of GloCoins?

    You can redeem your available GloCoins and make the balance payment in INR.


    1. Can GloCoins be passed on to family and friends?

    No, GloCoins are non-transferable. (Not even to fellow employees)


    1. Do allotted GloCoins have an expiry date?

    Your allotted GloCoins expire on your last working day at GlobalLogic India.


    1. How long does it take to receive the goodies after ordering them? 

    Each item shows its expected dispatch timeline on the portal. Generally, the products are dispatched within 7-10 working days of placing the order, or sooner if the products are in stock. Once the goods are dispatched typically the in-transit time for delivery would be 5 to 6 business days.


    1. How to check my GloCoins balance?

    Log-in to the GlobalLogic Brand Store and your GloCoins balance will be reflected next to the ‘My Account’ tab.


    1. How can we track our order?

    Log-in to FoxBox Portal, then click on My Account >> My Orders to view the order status.


    1. What is the GlobalLogic Brand Store?

    GlobalLogic Brand Store is the official online merchandise store of GlobalLogic India from where you can redeem various branded goodies using GloCoins or INR.


    1. What is the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy ?

    1. Can I redeem these GloCoins for cash or transfer them to my bank account? 

      You can only redeem the GloCoins on the GlobalLogic Brand Store.


    1. Are there any additional fees or delivery charges?

           No additional fees will be charged for delivery of any product.


    1. Will I be able to redeem GloCoins after my exit from GL?

           You can only redeem the GloCoins till the duration you are employed in GL.


    1. Can the goodies be delivered to my friend’s/relative address?

    Goods can be delivered anywhere in India as per the address updated by the employee while placing the order.


    1. Can I redeem GloCoins if I am serving my notice period?

    Yes, you can redeem your accumulated GloCoins while serving your notice period.


    1. My manager nominated me for GloCoins however I have not received the email?

    You are requested to connect with your project manager regarding the same please.


    1. I have 0 GloCoins, I was informed by my manager that I will receive a few GloCoins?

    After logging in for the 1st time you will see your GloCoins balance as 0. 

    If you are eligible, your GloCoins will be added to your account in a day or two. You will also receive an email notification for the same.
